Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & WAITLIST POLICY We totally understand that plans change! To keep classes running smoothly and ensure everyone has the opportunity to move with us, please review our cancellation policy below. Cancellations: Cancellations must be made at least 1 hour before the start of class to avoid a fee. Cancellations made within 1 hour of class, as well as no-shows, will be charged a $10 late cancellation/no-show fee. **Waitlist:** If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. When a spot becomes available, the next person on the waitlist will be notified and the spot will be held for 30 minutes to allow them to accept the opening. If the spot is not claimed within 30 minutes, it will be offered to the next person on the waitlist. Please make sure your contact information and notifications are up to date so you don't miss a waitlist opening! Thank you for helping us keep classes fair, organized, and full of good energy.
